Responding to bad publicity

There's been a raft of bad publicity about Northern Moor recently, mostly because of the Duchess on the Estate TV program. It presented Northern Moor in quite a bad light, which many residents felt was unfair. In response, the City Council organised an event for residents to show their support. The BBC News site branded it "Anger over ITV duchess program". The BBC also invited some residents to say what it's really like to live in Northern Moor, and their page can be seen here. Perhaps the duchess' program has had an overall positive effect, because it's got people talking about the local community, and what we can do to make people more aware of all the good things that are going on.
